1 Mohur William IV gold coins were issued by East India Company from 1 January 1836 and they were minted by the Calcutta mint factory. These coins were only printed about 8000 coins which makes them very rare.

              On the obverse side of this coin, we see the portrait of the king facing the right and the date below it the name "WILLIAM II II KING" Around the portrait.

REVERSE SIDE:-

               On the reverse side of this coin, we see a lion walking left in front of a palm tree, and the name " EAST INDIA COMPANY" Surrounds it, along with the name one Mohur, and under it a Persian note written in "one Mohura".

IMPORTANT NOTE:-

1. These coins were only printed about 8000 nearly.
2. This coin is very rare because of its quantity.
3. This coin is made of gold.
